  • Seared Beef Poke-  White Onions, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, Radishes, Aji Limo, Sesame Seeds, Sesame Oil.
  • Second Course
  • Spicy Mango Slaw-  Mixed Lettuces, Carrots, Cucumber, Mango, Tomatoes, Jalapenos, Chilli Peanuts, Radishes & Orange Chipotle Vinaigrette.
  • Third Course
  • Tenderloin with lobster (note her husband is allergic to seafood so don't put one on his) They liked the asparagus and risotto

  • Lobster Bisque With Sherry 
  • Clams with aji amarillo butter sauce
  • Stone Crab Ceviche-  Stone Crab, Red Bell Peppers, Seaweed, Mango & Orange Marinade.
  • Stuffed Maine Lobster-  Stuffed With Scallops, Shrimp and Crab Served with Grilled Asparagus/ Baked Potatoes.
  • Dessert Options:  Pastel De Tres Leches-  Extra moist cake soaked in three milks, strawberries and meringue.  Served with strawberry gelato. OR Banana Flan-  Banana Chutney , caramelized bananas.
